David has personally been involved in the identification, due diligence, and integration of up to 10 transactions where the businesses had revenues ranging from $40m to more than $1bn.  
From these acquisitions David has a strong track record of delivering significant value as reflected in growth and an increased operating margin. In some cases these acquisitions were transformed into double-digit growth enterprises. Further, he demonstrated the ability to improve competitiveness through effective strategic alignment: be it in product portfolio extension, geographic synergies, technological enhancements or increased number and value of customers.
